Please note that each three hour session (morning or afternoon) will be £15.50 with a ‘day rate’ of £31.00. Children accessing Nursery Education Funding (15 hrs), the Extended Entitlement (30 hrs) or the 2 Year Old Offer can use their free weekly entitlement and we continue to accept employer childcare vouchers and the Government’s Tax Free Childcare vouchers. Children using their nursery education funding will be charged £1.10 per morning and afternoon session to cover snack. This is voluntary and if you wish to provide snacks yourself, please contact Jane and she will provide you with the relevant menu and allergy requirements.

The Villages Pre-School offers two choices of attendance pattern:ï‚·
-
All Year Round (51 weeks per year)ï‚·
-
Term Time Only (38 weeks a year)

A full day of 8.00 am -5.15 pm is £47.25.
Children need to attend a minimum of two sessions per week and if attending for half a day, can choose whether to bring and eat a packed lunch within the session or not as we will be having two lunch sittings.

Holiday Club

Children in receipt of Government funding receive this for 38 weeks a year and it is paid by BradfordCouncil Early Years Team as follows:
14 weeks for the Autumn term, 12 weeks in Spring and 12 weeks in Summer
Children who attend All Year Round can ‘stretch’ their funding to cover all 51 weeks a year. So, for example, a child attending 17 hrs per week All Year Round can ‘stretch’ this to cover the holidays:
Funded 30 hrs x 38 weeks = 1140 hrs. We would claim 22.8 hrs per week (attending 17hrs x 51weeks =867 hrs / 38 weeks funding received).
We are noticing that children starting with us are much younger than in previous years and that, together with an increased demand for All Year Round places is having an impact upon availability during holiday club. We have therefore, had to introduce a Holiday Club Attendance Policy.

Places at holiday club will be allocated in the following order:
-
Nursery children attending All Year Round
-
Siblings of Nursery children attending All Year Round
-
Nursery children attending Term Time Only
-
Siblings of Nursery children attending Term Time Only
-
Children who used to attend Nursery and have moved on to school
-
Siblings of Children who used to attend Nursery and have moved on to school
-
Children attending Primary School who have never attended our nursery
I really do hope that we can accommodate the majority of requests and now it is clear how these will beallocated going forward. As we'll still be taking on new children during each term, requests from childrenattending term-time-only will be invited at specific times via email.
